The Kortz Center Heist

A Mansion-planned art theft at the Kortz Center in Pacific Bluffs — Rockstar’s first new GTA Online heist since Cayo Perico, playable solo or with up to four players.

Overview

The Kortz Center Heist is a multi-stage art robbery targeting the Kortz Center gallery in Pacific Bluffs. It launched with Title Update 1.73 on July 14, 2026 — Rockstar’s first major Online heist since Cayo Perico — and continues the Mansions property line with the Art Studio upgrade. Players work with Mr. Faber and his fixer Raf De Angelis to scope the museum, plan an approach, and steal valuable paintings.

Requirements

Hosting the heist requires a Mansion property with the Art Studio upgrade. The studio acts as the planning hub and includes a counterfeiter who can produce forgeries to swap with stolen originals. Mansion owners can invite friends into the Art Studio. Exact purchase prices and named setup missions should be confirmed on the in-game planning board. Rockstar also noted Prix Luxury Real Estate’s Richman Villa as a short drive from the gallery for new Mansion buyers.

Scoping the Kortz Center

Before the finale, players visit the Kortz Center to gather intelligence. Rockstar’s reveal describes walking the gallery, photographing target paintings without alerting security, identifying secondary loot, and mapping multiple entry and escape routes. Staying covert and wiping CCTV matters because art known to be stolen is harder to fence and commands lower secondary-market prices.

Art Studio and loot

The Mansion Art Studio is the operational base for the heist. A resident counterfeiter crafts replicas that can replace stolen paintings. Gear and tech accumulate in the studio for custom finale loadouts. Primary target artwork can be sold to Mr. Faber’s clientele or kept on display in the Art Studio. Rockstar describes three new primary paintings each week, with the first sale of a given week offering the most robust payout, plus abundant secondary targets that stack during the robbery.

Finale

The finale infiltrates and escapes the Kortz Center grounds using the approach and loadout chosen during planning. Rockstar confirms solo play or a crew of up to three other players, multiple approaches, escape routes, and custom loadouts. Raf De Angelis and the Mansion AI Assistant support the run. Named setup missions, payout tables, elite challenges, and cooldown rules will be expanded here as they are verified in-game.

Fine Art Collector Program

Through the Fine Art Collector Program (through July 13, 2026), Rockstar offered login and heist-completion rewards including a GTA$500,000 bonus and Benefactor Turreted Limo, plus a NOOSE Outfit and GTA$1,000,000 for completing any heist. Mansion owners who played through July 13 reached Elitist status for a free Annihilator Stealth, a GTA$1,000,000 Art Studio discount, a Kortz Center Sculpture, and a chance to steal a special high-value painting. GTA+ members could claim the Grotti Veleno GT from The Vinewood Car Club showroom starting July 14, a week before public sale.
