Title Update 1.73 (July 14, 2026) — Mansion Art Studio, The Kortz Center Heist, and thirteen new GTA Online vehicles.
Overview
The Kortz Center Heist update (Title Update 1.73) added the Mansion Art Studio upgrade and The Kortz Center Heist — Rockstar’s first major Online heist since Cayo Perico. Rockstar teased the drop as “The Next Big Score” on June 17, 2026, confirmed the July 14 release on July 9, and shipped the content live on July 14.
Headline content
Live content includes the multi-stage Kortz Center robbery, Mansion Art Studio planning hub (with guest invites), Mr. Faber and Raf De Angelis as contacts, solo or four-player co-op, and weekly primary-target rotation. The Fine Art Collector Program ran through July 13. The patch also shipped new supercars, Drift / Hao’s Special Works–compatible options, the Grotti Veleno GT (GTA+ early claim from July 14), and Mission Creator updates.

This update introduced 13 GTA Online vehicles catalogued under The Kortz Center Heist: Vapid Caracara (Armored), Grotti Cartuccia GT, Invetero Coquette, Vapid Dominator GTT, Ocelot E-Stride, Annis Elegy Retro Custom, Pegassi Horus, Pegassi Ignus Pursuit, Benefactor Läufer, Benefactor LRC GT, Albany Merula, Grotti Veleno GT, and Gallivanter Warden.
