BZ Gas Grenades
Preparation mission for the Smart Jewel Store approach in which the crew steals BZ gas grenades from an FIB facility to incapacitate Vangelico occupants.
Overview
BZ Gas Grenades completes the Smart preparation line for The Jewel Store Job. Michael raids an FIB storage location for grenades that release incapacitating gas. During the finale, the gas is vented into Vangelico to disable customers and staff before the smash-and-grab. The mission also appears as optional crossover prep for other heists on Lester's board. Progress is tracked on Lester Crest's planning board at the garment factory hideout. The equipment or intelligence gathered here is referenced again during the finale briefing. Setup missions do not pay separate completion bonuses; earnings are bundled into the heist payout when the score succeeds. Players may complete preparations in any order allowed by approach selection, but the finale remains locked until all required icons for that path are marked ready on the planning screen.
Walkthrough
1. Infiltrate the FIB warehouse or compound. 2. Locate the crate of BZ gas grenades. 3. Fight or evade agents guarding the stockpile. 4. Load grenades into the getaway vehicle. 5. Deliver the grenades to the crew preparation site.
Fail Conditions
Failure occurs if Michael dies, if the grenade crate is destroyed, or if the delivery is not completed before leaving the mission.
